"Went back and forth about posting this here but after receiving a postcard from them in the mail I think this needs to be stated. Saw this business setup at Firemen day a few months ago taking names and numbers. As I pass by I hear who I guess were employees talking about “Indian population” in Garner??? One young girl not sure if she worked at office called it “Little India”. When I passed by again, they stopped my family to get my info for a quote. No thanks. I am Desi and think the conversation was in poor taste, do better - small minds do not create big business!"

"I have been a "neighbor" with this particular branch of State Farm since I have needed insurance. My parents have used them before that. First and foremost they are truly always there. Everytime I call and need something, which isn't super often thankfully, they are quick to respond and deliver on whatever I need. The most recent two items were getting our HELOC account added to the policy holder and switching coverage from an old car to a new purchase. Both times were handled within minutes. Second, they are not pushy with additional or unnecessary coverage. They respect me when I tell them no thank you and don't ask repeatedly if I am sure. Finally shout out to Nicole, Shaquera, and the new girl who I bored to death about being a girl dad while waiting tk reconnect with Nicole to get my coverage switches. These are my good neighbors!"
